Single Leg Kick

I didn’t really ‘get’ this exercise at first. But, now that I teach it all the time, I do! The challenge is to keep your chest lifted and your shoulders down to work on your mid and lower back extension.  The leg kicks challenge your stability and keep your mind occupied while you hold this ‘scorpion’ position.
