You NEED dumbbells for this one! I recommend 8, 10 or 12 lbs. Maybe even 15 or 20 lbs, but only if you are advanced!
You’ll do Push-ups, dumbbell rows, overhead triceps extension, and a combination of bicep curls & shoulder press! You’ll do all the exercises, then a second set, then a third set! If it’s too easy, go UP a little on your weights! If it’s too much of a struggle, go down, or take breaks. Each set should get pretty tough by number 10, then we keep going to 12!
This is a quick and efficient upper body workout. I wanted this to show my clients, that it doesn’t take much time to get these workouts in. JUST CONSISTENCY!!! Now, let’s GOOO!
