Hammer Curl with Dumbbells

Hammer curls are just bicep curls in a position with your palms facing your thighs. It activates your bicep muscle slightly different. It is also a good alternative if a regular curl (with your arm externally rotated) bother you for any reason. This position is more stable for the shoulder and elbow joints. Great arm toner!
