30 Minute Mat Pilates Class

This is a classic mat Pilates class. Some of these traditional moves include, the roll-up, the hundred, rolling like a ball, an abdominal series, the saw, swimming and the side lying series. Listen to my cues, do the best you can and enjoy working all your stability muscles all in a low impact workout.
