6 Minute ARM Series – Light Weights

10 arm exercises! 30 seconds each! Light weight, meaning anything from holding a can of soup to 5 lb. weights. I used 2 lb. weights here, but I actually think I could have used 3 or 4 lbs. Stay with the movements the entire time. Try not to let your arms drop to rest! Ready, Set, Go!
