Advanced Purple Legs

I struggled with a couple moves during this one, guys! It’s a burner! Hold weights if you want for 3 or 4 of the moves. I just used 3 pounders, but you can use more weight or no weight. Lunges, squats, kicks and holds. Only one time through each move. Phew! Let’s Do This!
