This is a FUN workout! You’ll alternate between a lower body exercise and different variations of crunches! You may hold weights for the squats and lunges if you like, OR NOT! The knee drives and holding weights are what make this video ‘advanced.’ There are ways to tone it down! Have a BLAST!
