Day 13 January Jumpstart – HIIT, Lower Body & Balance

A 7 minute warm up & HIIT starts us off, then 5 standing lower body moves with some balance peppered in. Finally you’re on the floor for glutes and a quick stretch! Yessssss! You CAN do this!
