Day 2 January Jumpstart – Warm Up and Upper Body

Grab some light weights or water bottles for this one! We’ll warm up for about 5 minutes, then work through strengthening all the upper body muscle groups. We will also ensure your push up and side plank form is on point!  Your reward is to finish with some stretches so stay until the very end!
