Day 8 Fit For Fall – HIIT Core & Posture

Day 8! It’s our 7-7-7 workout! I am excited to bring you some great posture stretches and moves today! They are so important!
We’ll start with 7 minutes of HIIT, then 7 minutes of Posture, and finish with 7 minutes of Core work. So fun. Come on!
