Two warm up moves start you off before heading into the heart of this HIIT workout! :40 intervals with :15 of rest. This gives you plenty of time to safely get to the next move. 14 exercises total. In round 2 we go back to conquer the 2nd side or do a variation of the 1st move. But only 5 intervals in the 2nd round! Give it your all for each one, because we really DO NOT repeat!
