Wake Up & Warm Up

You get a nice slow start with this one. A seated stretch starts you off, then you progress your way to a few standing moves, a couple of plank variations, then just a couple of higher intensity exercises before bring your heart rate back down to prepare for whatever is next in your day. Super invigorating sequence!
