Yoga For All – Breath & Movement

30 minutes of linking breath with movement. Because this is yoga.
Standing moves, twists and balance start you out. Then move to the floor for spinal balance, a quad stretch, child’s pose, happy baby and a spinal twist. End with a couple minutes of savasana to close down your practice. Namaste.
