Chest Press, Rows & Russian Twists Triplet

Fun one! Chest press on the floor, single arm rows in a hands and knees position and russian twists. Chest – Upper Back – Abs! All big muscle groups, so let’s rev up that metabolism! I used 15 lbs. for chest press, 10 lbs. for the rows and 9 lbs. for the twists. Pick challenging but safe weights and get to it!
