Lower Body & Core 4-Exercise Circuit

This circuit consists of 4 exercises. In order, curtsy squats (optional hold weights), standing side crunches (optional hold light weights), double pulse squats (optional hold weights), and plank with knee to chest. 3 rounds. :30 for each side of each exercise! Follow along with me and try to go straight through with no break! 15 minutes. Yaaaassss!
