Push ups on a bench or a table are a great variation! Push ups work your chest and triceps. The higher angle makes these push ups easier that traditional push ups on the floor, but harder that push ups from your knees. Keep your body tight and you lower down then push yourself back up. Use your exhale breathe when you press up…promise it will help!
