Welcome to Day 1 of your Challenge! We will go through low impact, medium impact and high impact options for the HIIT moves so that you are set up for success for the rest of the Challenge! You are free to UP the intensity by adding bigger arm movements and jumping. You are also encouraged to MODIFY by bringing the intensity down. Good go-to moves are marching in place and stepping side to side when a move doesn’t feel good to you for any reason.
