Day 11 Move It May Challenge! Lower Body

Welcome to Florida! We’ll be here for the final 4 workouts of your Challenge! Work through about 6 cardio moves to start, then move onto your lower body. There are 2 sets. The first set of moves are a slightly easier version, the second set is more challenging.  Finish on the floor with some glute work and a stretch. Awwww Yeahhhh!
