Day 9 January Jumpstart – HIIT & Lower Body

Day 9! We are stepping up the moves that we did on Day 3! Grab your band AND some weights (optional). We have 5 minutes of cardio moves to start and we pepper in about 3 more of those throughout the workout. You get a few stretches at the end too! Let’s move, lift and pulse, y’all!
