Movin’ With Marianne Med-High Impact

This workout is based off 3 of Marianne’s favorite cardio moves: Side Skates, Jumping Jacks & BURPEES! WHAT?!? Yep. Don’t worry, we do 3 different versions of these moves and we start with a low impact segment. Then we moves our way up to medium impact then to high impact! Keep up with Marianne if you can!
