Welcome to your No Curl Core. You may have a pillow under your neck if that feels good to you. We do pelvic tilts, then 3 ab moves with no curling up of the head neck and shoulders. The goal is to work on keeping the core engaged and pulled in and up while performing these exercises, so you can master the importance of the engagement to build core strength. We finish with hands and knees neutral spine to cat pose and spinal balance progressions.
