Triplet, meaning 3 exercises all in one video! Yahoo! 3 sets of 12 single arm bicep curls, shoulder press and tricep dips. I am using a 12 inch box to sit on, but you can use a bench, a chair, coffee table or another suitable stable surface of a comfortable height. Have fun!
