Park Bench Workout #3 Lower Body

This workout is not for the novice fitness enthusiast! Lots of stepping and jumping onto the park bench! Some hip thrusts, step & skips, a couple of plank moves for a quick “break,” and a handful of pulses to boot! Let’s get outside and work it!
