Row, Flies & Sumo Squat Triplet

This video is a triplet sequence with your resistance band consisting of standing rows, chest flies & sumo squats/plies. You’ll do 3 sets of 12 with no break. Remember to adjust the resistance by moving further away to make it more challenging or closer to where it is connected to make it easier! Use weights for the sumo squats to challenge yourself! 3-2-1 GOOOO!
