Combo Cardio Moves!

Each cardio moves is a combination of TWO moves! I cue a lot to keep you going! But a little coordination is necessary, I am gonna make your brain work here too! There is jumping in this one, but they are easy to modify and bring down to a lower impact level and you will STILL get your heart rate up! I was sweating buckets!
