Love of Lunges!

Several Lunge variations in this one…obviously. Concentrate on getting your weight into your heel and making sure your from knee is over your ankle. Make the movements big so you aren’t too scrunched up. We want all your major joints to be properly aligned for safety! Now…let’s lunge it out y’all!
