TK30 Anxiety Relief Program Now Available

In a pandemic or not, anxiety can grip anybody.  Exercise has been shown to be helpful in controlling stress and anxiety. Exercise can lower your body’s stress hormones, such as cortisol, in the long run. It also helps release endorphins, which are chemicals that improve your mood and act as natural painkillers. It can also improve sleep quality, which can be negatively affected by stress and anxiety.  Finally, when you are exercising consistently, you may feel more competent and confident in your body, which in turn promotes mental wellbeing.

With all that being said, Kristen has put together a new TK30 exercise program to help with relieving anxiety in collaboration with Dr. Chrisette Dharma of Southwest Family Medicine Associates in Dallas, TX.

Many of Dr. Dharma’s patients are already using programs. So she came to us with the idea to create a new program to serve the increased number of patients her practice was observing suffering from anxiety. The result of this collaboration is a 30-day online program designed specifically for anxiety relief!

The TK30 Anxiety Relief Program (30 days for $99 – is an approach with three goals, plus a bonus goal!

TK30 Anxiety Relief Program

  1. First, perform exercise that involves repetitive movements of large muscle groups. This can be particularly stress-relieving.
  2. Second, join your body and mind. Yoga primarily does this by increasing body and breath awareness. It also helps bring you into the present moment which calms the mind. In general, the benefit of yoga for stress and anxiety seems to be related to its effect on your nervous system and stress response.
  3. Third, deep breathing. The goal of deep breathing is to focus your awareness on your breath, making it slower and deeper. When you breathe in deeply through your nose, your lungs fully expand and your belly rises.  This helps slow your heart rate, allowing you to feel more peaceful.
  4. Bonus goal, laughter. It’s hard to be anxious when you are laughing. My videos have been known to cause a few chuckles. 😉


The TK30 Anxiety Relief Program does not require any equipment other than a yoga mat.

The New TK30 Program consists of:

  • 3 days of low impact cardio intervals paired with a short & simple strength video. 2 of these days finish with breathing exercises and meditation for a total of 30 minutes. 1 day is a shorter day and finishes with a stretch and totals only 20 minutes.
  • 2 days of beginner yoga classes that range from 26-33 minutes.

The program was designed to combine the exercises, movements, stretches, deep breathing, and meditation that has been shown to help relieve anxiety all in one place. Generally speaking, the program repeats weeks 1 and 2 and then repeats weeks 3 & 4 with the idea to evoke confidence while doing the moves, but still receiving a good variety of workouts and yoga to keep up the motivation level.

Although the program is 30 days, you are given plenty of extra time to work through the program. You even get access to the library of 400+ videos to provide the flexibility to do more or switch things up!

When people do a TK Program, they are held accountable. At the end of each workout, they ‘mark their workout as completed’, rate the workout and leave comments so I know how they did and what they thought of that day’s video compilation. I receive reports twice a day showing me the clients that completed their workouts with the finish time and the client’s response. I reply, and this is how we stay in touch and the client is held accountable throughout the course of their program.
